Attention Junior Parents: Your son/daughter received the following information regarding our upcoming ACT exam in March. This exam is free of charge and will be offered at the MHS Freshman Academy, virtual testing is not an option for this exam. The OPT-IN FORM
document should be completed by next Tuesday, February 15th. Your student was given a copy of this document in their English class Tuesday, February 9. A copy of this form can be accessed here.
Testing will occur on Tuesday, March 1st. Please, make every effort for your student to be on time for school. Also, do not schedule appointments for your student this day if you can help it. You and your student can access helpful material at act.org/info-for-examinees

PROHIBITED ITEMS: NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES/CELL PHONES/SMART WATCHES/FITNESS BANDS/MEDIA PLAYERS (YOUR SCORES WILL BE CANCELED & YOU WILL BE DISMISSED FROM TESTING.) THIS ALSO INCLUDES BREAK TIME! TEXTBOOKS, SCRATCH PAPER, NOTES, HIGHLIGHTER PENS, COLORED PENS/PENCILS/READING MATERIALS, TOBACCO IN ANY FORM PERMITTED ITEMS OUTSIDE OF YOUR DESIGNATED TESTING ROOM: SNACKS AND/OR BEVERAGES IN A CLEAR CONTAINER.
