The Donkey bus will run its regular route tomorrow.
Due to a shortage of bus drivers, we are unable to run the Donkey bus route Monday morning and afternoon. We are working to continue the route on Tuesday. We apologize for the late notice and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Due to a shortage of bus drivers available tomorrow morning, the Leaf bus will run about 40 minutes later than usual. If possible, you may want to bring your kids to school. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Good Afternoon!
As we near Halloween, we know that it is important to retain some bit of normalcy in a year that has challenged every bit of normal. We know that some have reservations about Trick or Treating and others want to make every occasion extra special because of all that has been lost this year. Either way, the Southern Arkansas University Athletic Department and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee has you covered! All proceeds from this event, will be donated to Magnolia Specialized Services!
BOO MY YARD!
We will bring Halloween, and Trick or Treating, to you!
We are offering several different options, along with delivery within a 15 mile radius of SAU.

MAGNOLIA SCHOOLS REPORT CARD UPDATE
The Magnolia School District announces that due to the change to Virtual Learning Friday, report cards for the first nine-weeks grading period will be sent home on Thursday, October 22 instead of Friday, October 23. Report cards for full-time virtual students will be mailed. Any other changes to report card distribution will be announced at a later date.
REMOTE LEARNING FRIDAY
Beginning Friday, October 9, 2020, students in grades K-12 will pivot to a Remote Learning Day. Remote Learning Friday will continue through December 18, 2020. The purpose of Remote Learning Friday is to allow teachers time to work specifically with virtual students and to plan and prepare lessons for virtual and on-site students. This will benefit all students because it will improve the quality of instruction for both options.
The District realizes this could cause an inconvenience for parents; therefore, students have the option to attend in person. However, buses will not run morning or evening routes. Breakfast and lunch will be served on each campus for students in attendance and for those who just come on campus for meals.
Walker Pre-K will remain open on its regular schedule. As a reminder, buses will not run; therefore, parents will need to bring students to Walker Pre-K in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.
For Remote Learning Plans for each school, please visit www.magnoliaschools.net. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
